"Why would you ever suggest that to me?" a shocked Celeste Rockwell asks her husband, Mac Rockwell, as he just asked her if she still has feelings for Mac's son, Cole Rockwell. Celeste is also reeling from the fact that Mac revealed that he knows that she has been taking birth control pills, when they were supposed to be trying to have a baby together. "You know that Cole and I are over. We ended when I chose you."

"I'd like to believe you," Mac takes a sip of his brandy. "But the fact of the matter is that you have been taking birth control pills to prevent us from having a child together. Considering that Cole recently took a bullet for you, is it really a stretch that you and him have recaptured your feelings for one another?"

Celeste shakes her head in horror. "Fine, I'll admit that I've been…confused. That's why I went back on the pill," Celeste admits to him. "But, Mac, please…."

"No, not another word," Mac stops her. "Has Cole professed his love for you?"

"Yes, he has."

"And, has he kissed you?"

Celeste finds herself nodding as tears fall from her eyes. "I'm so sorry," she gasps through her tears.

"It's fine," Mac waves his hand in the air. "Damnit! It's fine!"

"I swear to God, we didn't do anything else," she moves closer to him. "We never crossed any other line."

"As if admitting you have feelings for one another and kissing isn't crossing a line," Mac spits back to her. "I'm glad we got this out in the open before Lexington arrived at home," he continues to tell her. "It'll be less stressful for him if we settle this before he gets home."

"Settle this?" Celeste asks him, as she wipes her eyes dry. "What is there to settle?"

"Our divorce," Mac reveals to her. "It's over Celeste. We are officially over."

"Mac, no," Celeste pleads with him. "We can make this work."

Mac breaks out into laughter. "Make this work? You want my son!" Mac yells at her. "There's no going back from that, Celeste. We are over! Not that we ever really began."

Celeste moves closer to him. "I never meant to hurt you," she whispers back to him. "I'm really, terribly sorry."

"So am I," Mac replies to her. "So am I."

Brock Jennings walks into Lex Rockwell's hospital room and looks over at the young man, who is out of bed and moving into his wheel chair. Brock can't help but feel an instant attraction to the youngest member of the Rockwell family. Even though Brock has long been a friend of Stacey's, he hasn't had much interaction with Lex, but now that he can see him, he can see that he is a complete babe.

"Sorry to interrupt," Brock announces, causing Jarek Williams and Lex to look up at him. "I'm Brock Jennings," he tells them. "Mac and Stacey hired me as your personal physio therapist. I helped Cole after the shooting."

"I think I remember Stacey mentioning it to me," Lex says back to him. "It's good to meet you, Brock."

They shake hands, as Brock and Jarek make eye contact. "I'm Jarek, Lex's husband," Jarek announces, puffing out his big chest to Brock. Jarek can immediately sense that Brock is interested in Lex. He won't allow some young, hunky, therapist to come between him and Lex. Jarek has worked too hard to get into the position he is in; he will enjoy the Rockwell fortune now, it is the perk of being married to Lex.

"Ah, I didn't realize you two were married, that's awesome, congrats," Brock puts a smile on his face. "Anyways, I'm here to help you get home. From there, I can make sure your space is set up for you to be in your wheel chair until you have fully regained your strength again."

"Sounds like a plan," Lex smiles, as Jarek rolls his eyes a little, already annoyed by Brock's presence.

"I'm glad that you could meet me quickly," Stacey Rockwell tells Marat Kafelinkov as they move to the bar at the country club. "I meant to discuss something with you earlier, but I was so surprised that you were back in town, it slipped my mind."

Marat orders them a couple glasses of wine before he looks back at his girlfriend with intent. "I guess I did sweep you off your feet, didn't I?" he chuckles, recalling how they had a passionate love making session. "Anyways, what's up? It sounds serious."

"It is serious," Stacey replies to him. "I was helping my father out at Rockwell Mining, and I was reviewing the latest report from Kremlin Diamonds. Production is down big time, how is this possible?"

Marat gulps before he takes a sip of his wine, recalling how his father told him that he was skimming some of the diamonds from Rockwell Mining and keeping them for himself. He didn't enjoy the fact that Lydia revoked the 5% profits clause in her brief stint as the CEO. In Yuri's mind, it shows how untrusting the American's can be.

"You're not answering me," Stacey notes to him. "What is it, Marat? What's happening?"

"Well," he begins to reply to her. "I wasn't going to mention anything, because my father doesn't want the word to get out, but our mine, it's starting to dry up," he lies to her. He knows that he can't be honest with her because it would create issues between their families.

"I can't believe this," Stacey tells him as she covers her mouth in shock. "We were under the impression that the Kremlin still had some of the best volume in the world for diamonds."

"We've been digging for decades," Marat replies to her. "Like everything, it runs out eventually. It's just sooner than we anticipated."

Stacey nods back to him. "I appreciate you telling me this," she tells him. "I'll have to discuss with my father, I hope you know that."

"Of course I do," he smiles back to her.

"We should head over to the mansion," she replies quickly. "I'd like to be there when Lex arrives home."

"Of course," he nods. "Before we go, I want to ask you a question though. I was hoping to do it a better a time, but I simply can't wait anymore."

"Ask me a question?" she arches her eyebrow. "What is it?"

He pulls out a small black box from his pocket and opens it, revealing a large, customer diamond ring inside. "Being away from you those weeks, it made me realize how much I love you, Stacey Rockwell. And, I want to be with you more than anything else in the world. What do you say? Marry me?"

Stacey looks up from the ring in shock. "Oh Marat," she feels her eyes swell with water. "I'd love to be your wife. Yes, I'll marry you!"

Kent Blackmore slowly walks to the bar that is in the penthouse that he shares with Lydia Rockwell. He got released from the hospital today, but he is beginning to think that maybe it was too soon as he is still in a lot of pain from the transplant surgery. He didn't think that giving part of his liver to save Lex would cause him so much pain. He doesn't even believe he can start his physio rehab yet because of how slow he is moving. He reaches the bar and finds his pain medication bottle, quickly opening it.

"The doctor said only to take one at a time," he whispers, as two pills fall into his hand. "But, I'm moving around a lot more right now with Lydia being away on business. I'll take two and hopefully it will kick in sooner rather than later."

He pours himself a brandy and takes the medication with his drink. "Ah," he sighs. "I feel better already," he says to himself, realizing that it had been awhile since he had a drink. He starts to feel numb from the combination of pills and booze. He walks back over to the sofa and slowly sits down.

"Damn," he says with a grin on his face. "This is almost better than a blow job."

Suddenly, he hears his cell phone ring. He grabs it from the table behind the sofa and answers it. "Hello," he says, still feeling high. "What?" he feels the blood drain from his face. "How is this possible? When did this happen? … Answer me damnit!"

***

Celeste walks into the country club, desperate for a drink as she feels like her world is spinning right now since Mac has discovered that she and Cole have rekindled their feelings for one another and that she was secretly on birth control, so now, he wants to have a divorce from her. In some ways, she is devastated because a part of her really did love Mac, but on the other hand, she can't deny that she has a pull to Cole; A very strong pull. And, in the back of her mind, she can't help but feel sad at the fact that she can't have any more children as a result of her fall down the stairs at the Rockwell mansion.

She approaches the bar, but freezes when she sees Cole at the back table, with Vivian Blackmore. She arches her eyebrow at the sight, since the last time she saw Cole, he revealed to her that he had ended things with Vivian. She wonders what could be going on between them and if there is something still lingering.

"I told you before," Cole tells Vivian, who is sitting next to him. "We are over, Vivian. I never meant to hurt you, but the fact is I don't love you. I am sorry if that upsets you, but it is the truth."

Vivian purses her lips together. "I think I figured it all out," she tells him. "You're still in love with your father's wife. That's the real reason you ended things with me, isn't it?"

"The reason why I ended things with you is complicated," he replies to her. "And, it's really none of your business."

"Ha!" Vivian cackles back to him. "This is my life too. In case you forgotten, I had just finished telling you how much I loved you when you broke it off with me. So don't you dare tell me it's not my business."

"Vivian, I don' t want to fight with you."

"Me either," she quickly replies. "In fact, I want to make up. I'm willing to forgive you. And, I think you owe me at least one more night together. One more chance to show you how much I love you."

"One night of sex won't…" he begins to say, but she cuts him off by planting her lips on his. The kiss lasts for a moment before he pulls away in shock that she kissed him.

"You were saying?" she purrs to him, hoping that she turned him on.

"I have to go," he replies to her. "My brother is coming home from the hospital. I need to be there. I trust this is the last time we will have to have this conversation."

"You didn't say you didn't like the kiss we just shared," she winks to him.

"Our attraction was never in doubt," he tells her, as he stands up. "Do we have chemistry? Of course we do. But, we have to have more than that to make this work. And, we don't. So it's over. I don't want to have to tell you again."

Celeste, meanwhile, feels her heart move into her throat at the sight of Cole and Vivian kissing. She rushes out of the restaurant, having not been seen by Cole or Vivian, but is unable to understand what she just witnessed.

"Welcome home son," Mac welcomes Lex, as Brock pushes Lex's wheelchair into the foyer of the mansion, as Cole, Stacey and Marat stand there clapping.

"It's good to be home," Lex smiles back to his family. "I couldn't have survived this without all of you, and Jarek. Thanks so much."

"Yea, Mr. Rockwell," Jarek shakes Mac's hand. "Thank you so much for letting us stay here while Lex recovers."

"Make no mention of it," Mac replies to him. "I wouldn't have had it any other way. I hear, though, that Brock is a work horse! Are you ready for that Lex?"

"I can attest to that," Cole laughs back, winking at Brock. "I'm in such better shape than before."

"I think I can handle it," Lex laughs back to everyone.

"I'll go easy on him," Brock taps Lex's shoulder, as they smirk at one another. "Until he wants me to go harder."

Jarek rolls his eyes at Brock. "Well, should we get out up to bed to rest?" Jarek asks Lex, who nods back to him.

Before anyone can move though, the door opens and Lucinda arrives. "Mother, you made it," Mac says, walking up to her and hugging her.

"I wouldn't have missed my Grandson's home coming," she announces, as she moves over to Lex and kisses him on each cheek. "How are you love?"

"I'm good Grandma, really I am."

"Good," Lucinda replies. "I'm afraid I have some news. And it's not good."

"What is it?" Stacey asks her. "What's happened now?"

"I got a call from Kent Blackmore," she reveals to everyone. "He was going to call you himself, but he didn't think anyone of you would answer his call."

"Call us about what?" Cole asks her back, still wondering what is going on.

"You all know that Lydia was going away on a business trip?" she asks them, as everyone nods back to her. "Apparently, there was an accident. Lydia's plane crashed."

"What? My god," Stacey immediately starts to cry. "Where is Mom? How is she?"

"Answer her Mother!" Mac yells to her, since Lucinda remains silent. "Where is Lydia?"

"There is no easy way to say this," Lucinda replies to them. "But, there were no survivors on the plane. Everyone…Lydia is dead."

***

Jarek moves into the gym, wanting to give the family some time alone to deal with the fact that Lydia has been killed in a plane crash. He can't say that he is upset; he never liked Lydia one bit. She was far too controlling, he thinks to himself. The other reason he wanted some time away was to get away from Brock Jennings. He just met the man and already can't stand him. The way he looked at Lex made Jarek's blood boil. Who does this guy think he is? He can come and help get Lex back into tip shape, that's fine, but the way he looked at his husband was not okay.

"Who the hell does he think he is?" he whispers to himself. "Lex is my husband. He's not a piece of meat."

For a moment, Jarek wonders why he is feeling so jealous. Just a few days ago, he was trying to kill Lex to get his money. Now, he's worried about some other guy looking his way. He shakes his head, knowing that it is because he wants to have Lex's money, whether he's dead or alive - just like Odette told him too.

"I should go to the house," he continues to talk to himself. "If I go to the house and grab the bag that Odette has there, it could change everything. I'll just have to find a time when no one is suspecting that I'm missing."

Outside the gym, Brock approaches the door, wanting to look at the facility before he left so he could see what he and Lex would be working with. He hears Jarek talking to himself about going to the house when no one is around. Brock arches his eyebrow.

"Which house do you have to get to?" he asks himself, wondering what Lex's husband is talking about.

"How is any of this happening?" Stacey asks Cole and Lex, as the three of them sit in the living room of the mansion together, reeling from the news of their mother's death. "I was so mean to Mother before she left. She probably thought I hated her."

"I was pretty cruel to her too," Cole says back to his siblings. "We were all so upset with her for all her lies and deceit."

"I told her I didn't even want to see her when I first woke up," Lex recalls to them. "We can't forget what she did to us, but none of us wanted this to happen."

"We will never get to make it up to her," Stacey says, as she covers her mouth and a tear falls down her cheek. "We will never see her again to tell her that we do actually love her."

"She knew," Sabine Andrews comes into the living room, having heard about her sister's death. She hates that the last time she saw her sister, they were fighting and they trading verbal attacks. She shakes her head, wondering where things went wrong with their relationship. "Lydia knew that you all loved her very much. You were all her heart and soul."

Cole gets up to hug Sabine. "I'm sorry about your loss," he tells her, as they embrace.

"My loss?" she asks him. "No, you guys are the ones who lost your mother. Lydia and I, we haven't been close in years. Can I get you anything at all?"

"Actually, yea," Lex tells her. "Can you push me into the hallway? I'd like to call Kent to make sure he's okay."

"Of course," Sabine replies as she moves up to his wheel chair and starts to push him to the doorway.

"Cole, have you seen Celeste?" Mac asks him, coming up to his son.

"Why would I have seen your wife?" Cole replies to him, pouring a brandy.

"So you haven't," Mac whispers back to him, not wanting Stacey to hear. "I know, I know everything Cole."

Cole freezes and looks up at his father. "Don't worry," Mac continues to tell him. "I know that you and Celeste have an attraction, and I understand why it all came back after the shooting. I can't lie and say I'm not hurt, but the truth is, you and I, we agreed not to let a woman come between us. Especially at this time of need."

"I appreciate that Dad," Cole nods back to him. "But, that still doesn't explain why I would have seen Celeste. Especially now, if she knows that Lydia is gone, maybe she wants to give everyone some space?"

"I told Celeste I was divorcing her," Mac reveals to him. "That's why I'm surprised Celeste didn't find you and tell you. She said she was going to the country club to find you."

Cole feels the blood drain from his face, realizing that Celeste might have seen him with Vivian, which means that she would have seen Vivian kiss him. "I have to go and find her. I have to tell her that we can be together now. I need her now, especially considering…"

Mac uneasily smiles back to him. "Go find her, son. We will be here making arrangements for your mother."

Cole rushes out of the living room. Mac picks up the glass of brandy that Cole poured and takes a drink of it. "You took that well, considering," Lucinda tells her son as she comes up to him. "I would have thought you would have put up more of a fight for your wife."

"Why bother?" Mac asks back. "If Celeste and Cole are happy together, then nothing I say or do will change that. Learning about Lydia, my God, it makes you realize how short life is. We don't have all the time in the world like we think we do. We have to make the most of each day, Mother."

"That's the truth," she replies to him. "Between you and I, Mac, I won't miss that woman. Not after all the hell she caused this family. Good riddance, that's what I say."

"Really mother?" Mac asks her. "You can't give us even a moment to grieve?"

***

"Kent," Lex says into the answering machine of Kent's phone. "It's me. I heard about Lydia and I wanted to call and make sure that you are okay. I can't imagine what you're going through. We are all…numb by the news. I can't believe she's gone….Anyways, please call me back."

Lex hangs up the phone and looks back at Sabine, worry on his face. "No answer?" she asks him as he shakes his head no.

"No, and he's alone from the hospital. That concerns me."

"Do you want me to go and check on him?"

"Would you mind? I'm just worried that he is not handling this very well."

"I'll go see Kent and come back with a full report," Sabine tells him.

***

Upstairs, Brock finishes getting Lex's room together, when Jarek opens the door and comes inside.

"I think I've gotten everything under control," he tells Jarek, who glares at him, still not amused with Brock's flirting with Lex.

"Listen, Brock," Jarek tells him, coming up to him. "I'm glad we have a moment alone, because we need to get something straight."

"Sure," Brock crosses his muscular arms across his chest.

"You were hired to get my husband strong and healthy again," Jarek tells him. "Make sure that's all you do. I won't let you openly flirt with my man. Got it?"

Brock chuckles a little. "I think you're over reacting, but fine."

"Don't question me," Jarek warns him. "You have no idea what I'm capable of. Now, if you're done in here, you can be excused for the evening. Lex is going through a family crisis, you're not family."

Brock uneasily laughs back to him, trying to lighten the mood. "Fine, see you tomorrow," he tells Jarek, before walking out of the room. In the hallway, Brock takes a deep breath. "Something is definitely off with you, Jarek. First you were talking to yourself about some house, now you almost threaten me. What is going on with you? The question is: what is it?"

***

"Kent?" Sabine's voice calls out as she from the hallway, knocking on the penthouse door. "Kent, it's Sabine. Are you in there?"

Within a few minutes, the door slowly opens and Kent's groggy face appears. "Sabine?" he asks, his mouth dry. "What are you doing here at this hour?"

Sabine pushes her way into the penthouse, and looks around, trying to find something, anything, that would explain why Kent is looking like hell and not answering his phone. "Lex tried calling you after we learned about Lydia," she tells him. "He was worried about you, so I came to make sure you're alright."

"Sorry," he says, closing the door. "I fell asleep. Yes, I heard about Lydia. No, I'm not okay. I'm devastated, of course. But, I am recovering from surgery. I need my rest. I took some pain medication and fell asleep."

Sabine nods back to him. "I'm sorry for your loss."

"Thank you," he moves up to her and hugs her. "I'm sorry for your loss. Lydia was your sister."

As they exit their embrace, Sabine feels her eyes swell with water, finally letting the emotion of losing her sister get to her. "Thank you," she bites her lip. "We weren't close, so I am not sure why I am so upset about this. In fact, the last time we saw each other, we were at each other's throats…literally."

"I could use a drink," he tells her. "Have one with me? I'd like someone to sit with me for while?"

"Yea," Sabine wipes her eyes. "I'd like that very much."

While Sabine is getting comfortable, Kent opens his pain medication bottle and puts two pills in his hand. He puts them in his mouth before he pours two brandy's. He takes a drink quickly, swallowing his pills down. He refills his glass and moves over to Sabine.

"To Lydia," he whispers, trying not to get choked up.

"To Lydia," she toasts him. "May my sister rest in peace."

Cole tries calling Celeste's phone again as he sits in his car, wondering where she is, but it immediately goes to voicemail. He wonders where she could be since he already looked at the country club, Rockwell Mining and the mansion. He's running out of ideas as to where she could have gone.

Suddenly, it dawns on him. "She's going to leave town," he whispers to himself in horror. "She's running away."

***

At the airport, Celeste sits in a chair, waiting for her flight to be called. She can't believe that she was such a fool for believing that she and Cole could actually have a relationship. Of course, he was still seeing Vivian, she thinks to herself. There's no reason why he wouldn't want to be with a woman as she was pushing him away.

"I have to get away," she tells herself. "I have to away from all this chaos."

"Flight 3578, direct to New York City is now boarding at gate 12," an announcement comes over the intercom.

Celeste stands up and grabs her Chanel bag and starts moving towards the gate, preparing to leave Kelsey Lake forever. She turns around for a moment and smiles as she thinks about all of her good times she's had in the town. She turns around and proceeds to the gate and is about to hand the flight attendant her ticket when she thinks she hears someone calling out her name.

Just as she turns her head, she sees Cole rushing through the airport, obviously headed her direction. "Wait, Celeste," he calls out, causing her to move out of the line up to board the plane "Please, hear me out!"

Celeste looks back at Cole and moves up to him in confusion. "What are you doing here? How did you find me?"

"I couldn't let you leave," he says, trying to catch his breath. "I love you, Celeste. Mac told me that he is giving you a divorce. We can be together."

"I saw you with Vivian."

"I know," Cole nods back to her. "But, you misunderstood. I was telling her, again, that we can't be together. Celeste, I have to tell you something. My mother, she's dead. She died in a plane crash," he reveals to her, as she gasps in shock. "I need you so much right now, Celeste. I lost my mother; I never got the chance to make amends with her; I don't want that to be us. I don't want to waste another minute of my life without you. Tell me that you'll stay. Tell me that we can be together?"

Celeste kisses Cole passionately. When their lips part, she smiles back to him. "I love you too," she whispers to him. "God help me, it's true."

"I need you so much right now," he leans his head on her shoulder. "The entire family is a mess because of Lydia."

"Tell me everything," she says, grabbing his hand as they prepare to leave the airport.

The next afternoon, the Rockwell's stand listening to the priest talk about Lydia, tears in all of their eyes. It's hard to imagine that Lydia is really gone for them; she has been such a force in all of their lives, the fact that she is dead is a hard pill to swallow. The fact that no one really got a chance to say good bye is another hard pill to swallow. For Mac, Sabine, Cole, Stacey and Lex, they never got a real chance to tell Lydia that they love her, despite everything she had put them through. She was, after all, their ex-wife, mother and sister; how could they not love her? Despite everything, she was such a presence in their life.

"Friends, family, loved ones," the priest says as rain lightly falls from the sky. "We are here to pay our respects to Lydia Andrews Rockwell, a daughter, sister, mother, wife, business woman and friend. Today, we may be burying her physically, but she will forever live in our hearts."

"As we lower into the ground, we will always remember her heart, drive and determination," he continues, as her casket is lowered into the ground.

Cole moves up to the hole and tosses a rose on top of the lowered casket. "Good bye, Mom," he whispers, as rain drops fall on to his head. He moves back and Celeste wraps her arms around him, something that Lucinda and Mac take note off.

Stacey is next to move up to the casket. She throws her rose and then covers her mouth in shock. "I can't believe you're gone," she says out loud as tears fall down her face. "I love you Mom. Now and forever."

Jarek helps Lex move up to the casket, where he throws his rose on to his mother's casket. "I never got a chance," he says to Lydia. "That I forgive you for lying to me about my father. The truth is, you gave me a great life, Mom. You always loved me, and while you lied to me, I had the best father in the world in Mac." The words cause Mac and Kent to quickly look at one another. Kent had hoped that Lex reaching out to him at the hospital would mean that Lex was thinking of him as his father, but clearly that is not the case. "And despite the lie, I did love you. And, you'll always be in my heart. I'll always love you, Mom."

As Lex moves away, the pallbearers start throwing fresh dirt over Lydia's casket, and soon, the site is covered with the fresh soil and Lydia has been buried.

"I can't believe she's gone," Stacey says as she buries her head into Marat's chest. "I never got to say I'm sorry for how I was treating her."

"She knew that you loved you her," Marat replies to his fiancé. "She had to have known that you loved her."

"But, I'll never have the chance to tell her myself."

"We are all beating ourselves up," Cole says to his sister. "We were all pretty harsh to her these last couple of weeks."

"You should know," Kent tells them, coming up to the Rockwell children. "That she was desperate to get you guys back in her good graces. That was her motivation. She even thought that this business trip would help with that. I don't know what she had planned exactly, but she thought it would be enough to make you all forgive her."

"I wonder what she was going to do on this trip that would have changed our minds?" Lex asks them back, as Mac and Lucinda come up to them.

"Well, what a lovely service," Lucinda purses her lips together. "Shall we head back to the mansion to get out of the rain?"

"That's a good idea," Mac replies to her. "The lawyers are waiting for Lydia's will to be read. And, I'm having the chef prepare a light lunch."

"I don't think I'm ready to hear Mother's final thoughts and wishes," Stacey tells everyone. "I just don't think I'll ever be ready."

***

Back at the mansion, the family is in the living room each holding a drink in their hands, waiting for their lawyers to arrive to read Lydia's will.

"I suggest a toast," Kent announces to everyone, as Lucinda rolls her eyes. "I know that we all haven't gotten along in the past, but we are all here today because we love Lydia. She was a bold, brass woman who never wanted anything but the best for herself and her family. She would do anything for her children, and that's what made her so special. To Lydia," he says, as he raises her glass.

"To Lydia," everyone replies, before taking a drink.

Soon after, Mac's lawyer, Winston Marshall arrives, holding a document in his hand. "I'm terribly sorry for everyone's loss," he says as he sits down. "I don't see why we should waste any more time. Let me quickly read the will."

Stacey, Cole and Lex prepare to hear their mother's final thoughts and wishes. Stacey grabs Lex's hand, who grabs Cole's. Together, they will get through this, they all think to themselves.

"To my dearest Kent," Winston starts to read. "I leave half of my liquid assets and my penthouse," he continues. "And, to my two sons, Lexington and Cole, I have the other half of my liquid assets, to be split evenly between the two of them."

Stacey looks at her brothers and wonders why she hasn't been mentioned yet. "To my ex-husband, Mackenzie, whom I have loved all my life, I leave the ring he gave me the day we married. I know, Mac, you're thinking, 'Why am I in this will?', but the truth is, despite all of our differences, you always held a very special place in my heart. You gave me my children. You gave me my life. And, in some ways, you gave me the true great love of my life in Kent."

Mac feels himself choke up a little, thinking about all of his time with Lydia over the years. In retrospect, it seems silly that they spent so much on opposite sides instead of working together. He can't deny that he did love her in some ways; he always did.

"And lastly, to my beautiful daughter," the will continues to be read. "I leave all of my jewelry, all of my diamonds, and I grant her my power of attorney to oversee anything else that may have been missed."

"I can't believe I get all of mother's jewels," Stacey gasps, realizing that her jewel collection is worth millions.

"There's more," Winston says to everyone. "Right before Lydia went away, she received Kent's power of attorney, while he recovers from his surgery. That means that, Stacey, as Lydia's power of attorney, you are in charge of Kent's empire right now. Until, Kent is healthy enough to return."

"I'm not sure I understand," Stacey admits to Winston, as she makes eye contact with Kent.

"Nor do I," Kent shakes his head at the lawyer.

"It means," Winston stands up. "That Stacey is in control of Blackmore Ltd. She is the CEO of Blackmore Ltd."
