"Cassie Nova?" Kent Blackmore asks the tall blonde bombshell as he shakes her hand as they stand in Dyhannah Cooper's suite at the country club. Kent, Dynannah, and Dane Ashby had met to discuss their plan to get revenge on the Rockwell's and Rockwell Mining, when Dyhannah's friend, Cassie Nova arrive and she claimed that she, also, wanted the launch of the Pink Roses to fail. "That name sounds familiar."

Cassie chuckles back to him as she looks back at the attractive man. "I guess that means that I have a reputation?"

"You're the best," Dyhannah comes up to her friend and hugs her again. "I'm so glad that you were able to get here so quickly after I called you."

Cassie looks back at her friend as they exit their embrace. "I had been travelling around lately," she reveals to her. "And when you called, I thought I could stop by in Kelsey Lake for a while."

"And your beautiful little boy? How is Carter?" Dyhannah asks her quickly.

"Carter is wonderful," Cassie replies to her. "He's actually at a spring and summer camp and he will be home this fall. He's having the best time."

"What is this that you also want the Pink Roses launch to fail? What is your connection to Rockwell Mining?" Dane asks her next, as Kent looks over at her, still taken by her beauty.

Cassie chuckles back to. "How much time do you have?" she asks. "It is a long story, needless to say, Natasha Calimo, the CEO of Roboto, and I go way back and we…well, we don't exact see eye to eye, even though she is the grandmother to my son."

"Are you sure you're willing to double cross your son's grandmother and make this launch fail?" Kent asks out of curiosity.

"Trust me," Cassie purses her lips together. "There's nothing I'd like more to see the Pink Roses launch fail; there are many, many reasons that I want this to happen."

MacKenzie Rockwell ushers himself into the living room of the Rockwell mansion where he spies Lydia Rockwell pacing back and forth by the fireplace with a brandy in her hand. He pauses and watches her for a moment and wonders what she is thinking of, since she usually doesn't pace so heavily.

"Penny for your thoughts?" he says causing Lydia to stop pacing back and forth. She looks back at her with concern. "That good, huh?"

Lydia uneasily chuckles back to him. "I did something last night, and I've been wondering if it was the best idea that I've had."

"That sounds like I'm going to need a drink to hear this story," Mac moves to the bar and pours himself a brandy. "Tell me what's happening?"

"I, well, I signed over Nathan's power of attorney to your mother," Lydia reveals to Mac, knowing that her husband, Nathan Lockhart, has been hospitalized under false pretenses because she wanted to take over his role as CEO of Rockwell Mining. Lucinda Rockwell, Mac's mother, knew about this because she wanted to end the feud between Mac and Nathan, so she told Lydia that she wanted the power of attorney. Lydia, however, refused to sign off the power of attorney, unless Lucinda helped get her sister, Sabine Andrews, out of town and away from Mac. On Christmas, Lucinda convinced Sabine to leave town to get the scar on her face removed by a doctor in New York, and then pressed Lydia to sign over the power of attorney.

"Whoa," Mac gasps back to her in surprise. "Have you heard about Nathan? How is he doing?"

"The last I heard, he had stopped hearing those voices and was making improvements."

"Does that mean that he has decided that he didn't kill my father?" Mac asks her in confusion. "Because he was claiming to have killed Mortimer, if you recall."

"How could I forget?" Lydia replies to him quickly. "I do believe that the voices made him think he killed Mortimer, but right after Mortimer died, I asked Nathan point blank if he killed his father and Nathan said no. There was something in his eyes that made me believe him, Mac."

"I guess we can only take his, and his doctor's word, for it," Mac takes another sip of his drink. "But I think we must brace ourselves, Lydia. Lucinda having his power of attorney, it might mean that Nathan is going to come back into our lives. And that means he might want his old job as co-CEO back at Rockwell Mining."

"That can't happen," Lydia sternly looks at him. "I've worked too damn hard on this Pink Roses launch for Nathan to come in and take my job away from me. He might get out of the hospital, but he will not throw this family into turmoil again."

***

Lucinda sits at the bar of the country club with a martini in front of her. She has a sly grin on her face as she, finally, has obtained Nathan's power of attorney. She knows that the first thing in the morning, she is going to go to the hospital to see how her son is doing; if he is will enough, she will try to get him released from the hospital, as long as he will agree to end the feud with Mac.

"Having both of my children together again would be a wonderful thing," she whispers to herself as she takes a sip of her martini. "I just need to ensure that Levi will not create anymore drama between him and Mac; the family, we need this launch to go off perfectly. It will send Rockwell Mining into new heights, so Levi, he needs to be on his best behavior."

She turns her head and happens to see Dane moving down the stairs, which is a sign that he was likely in Dyhannah's suite. She sighs to herself, recalling how she ended their engagement because Dane has decided to forge a relationship with Dyhannah after learning that he is her father. On one hand, she can see how he would want a relationship with his daughter, but she also knows that she can't handle having Dyhannah be in her life, so she ended their relationship.

She takes a long sip of her martini as Dane approaches her. "Fancy running into you here," he says as he sits next to her. "How have you been, Lucinda?"

"I'm just fine," Lucinda replies to him. "Having a drink as I got Levi's power of attorney. My son, he might come home soon."

"That's fantastic news," Dane nods back to her. "I am happy for you."

"I assume that things are progressing nicely between you and Dyhannah?" Lucinda asks him as she takes another sip of her drink.

"Very well," Dane nods back to her. "Having my daughter in my life, it is one of the blessings that I didn't know that I was missing in my life."

The words hit Lucinda like a ton of bricks. She quickly downs the rest of her martini and then stands up. "I'm sure that's most wonderful for you," Lucinda replies to him. "I need to run, ta ta Dane."

Dane sighs and shakes his head back to her as she rushes away from him. "She couldn't even pretend to be happy for me and Dyhannah," he huffs back to her. "That's exactly why I'm working with Dyhannah, Kent and Cassie to take you down, to take you all down."

The following morning, the sun peeks through the curtains of the large bedroom that belongs to Cole Rockwell. The sunlight hits Cole's face, which causes him to stir in the king size bed, which causes him to reach over and feel the body next to him. His eyes open and he immediately gets a smile on his face when he sees Celeste Baldwin next to him. He quickly recalls how the previous day he revealed to Celeste, and Madison Stewart, that he had decided to have his future with Celeste, despite having a son, Rocky, with Madi. He and Celeste came home and made love all night long; seeing her next to him is a reminder that he made this decision, and it is real.

"Good morning," he comes up next to her and kisses her back and shoulder, which cause her to stir. "How did you sleep?"

"This was the best sleep I had in a very long time," Celeste rolls over and looks at him. "Not only did you wear me out, but just feeling the comfort of knowing that you and I, we are together again, for real and forever this time."

"I hope you know that I meant what I said last night," Cole looks back into her. "I love you and I don't want anything, or anyone, to come between us."

"I believe you," Celeste licks her lips to him. "I know that you will still be connected to Madi because of Rocky, but I believe in us, Cole. After everything we've been through, it's finally our time."

"Yes, it is," Cole leans in and kisses her on the lips. "And I think we should make up for some lost time," he purrs as she crawls on top of him and started to kiss him more passionately.

Madi moves up to the small playpen that is in the living room of the Blackmore mansion and sees her son, Rocky, laying inside. She stands up straight and takes a deep breath as she recalls how the previous evening Cole announced that he wanted to have his future with Celeste. Madison knows that it was a long shot that he would come back to her, especially since she is the one that left town after she thought that Cole had an affair with Celeste all those months ago, but she did think that having Rocky would make him want to be a family with her.

"Don't you worry about a thing," she says as she reaches into the playpen and pats Rocky's fine hair. "Your Daddy won't be able to resist coming to see you all the time, I'll make sure of that, okay? He might think he wants to be with Celeste, but once he realizes how much you need him, he will be here."

With that, she moves over to the bar where her cell phone rests. She opens her messages and sends Cole a text. "Rocky is very fussy this morning, not sure what is going on with him."

She gets a sly grin on her face when she puts her phone down. "Your Dad will be here this morning, mark my words."

Dyhannah Cooper moves into the dining room of the country club and looks around. She, soon, sees Quinn Cunningham sitting at a table and she finds herself moving towards the woman that was involved with her son, Deacon Cooper, when he passed away in Moscow.

"Good morning, Quinn," she says as she sits across from her.

Quinn sets her cup of coffee down and looks back at Dyhannah. "Hi, Dyhannah."

"I meant to check in with you yesterday," Dyhannah replies to her quickly, as the same figure that was watching Quinn the day before, is back behind the large planter, watching her again. The fist of the person clinches, again, seeing Quinn and Dyhannah together.

"Please tell me that you've spoken to your legal team and have had the lawsuit against Kent dropped?" Dyhannah asks her quickly, knowing that for Kent to continue to help her with her plan to take down the Rockwell's.

"I spoke to my solicitor yesterday," Quinn informs her. "He agreed to have the lawsuit dropped; Kent should be informed today."

"Thank you," Dyhannah purses her lips together. "I know you wanted to make up for the fact that Deacon is gone, and you've done just that."

"I hope you know that no matter what happens in the future, I will always have a special place in my heart for Deacon. And I will never forget him. Not ever."

Kent moves into his office at Blackmore Ltd. and moves to his desk. He sets his briefcase down and opens it, pulling out his laptop out. He knows that he has some work to do to keep Blackmore Ltd. running, but he is also working with Dane, Dyhannah and Cassie on ruining the Pink Roses launch between Roboto and Rockwell Mining.

"You look busy this morning, should I come back?" Cassie asks as she opens the door to his office and moves inside.

Kent stands up from his chair and smiles back to her. "I'm never too busy to have the company of a beautiful woman," he winks back to her. "Good morning, Cassie."

"Morning Kent," Cassie purses her lips together. "You're very complimentary of me."

"What can I say?" Kent asks as he cocks his head to the side. "I know a beautiful woman when I see one."

"I appreciate that," Cassie replies to him. "It's been a while since a man has paid this much attention to me."

"That's a shame."

"It's a very long story," Cassie looks back at him. "There's a man that has my heart, but he is being manipulated by a she-devil."

"Something tells me that you won't let anyone get away with preventing you from getting what you want," Kent chuckles back to her.

"That's for sure," Cassie nods back to him. "I always get what I want. Always."

"I like a woman that gets what she wants," Kent winks back to her. "I like that a lot."

Lucinda quickly walks through long corridor of the health center where Nathan has been staying. She is hoping that she will get to discuss with him and his doctors about his status to see if he is well enough to leave the hospital. She still hates that she went along with Lydia's plan to gaslight him into making Nathan believe he killed Mortimer, but she knows that it was the only way to end the feud between her sons. Now, she hopes that she will be able to release him from the hospital but also keep the peace between her children.

"Doctor," Lucinda stops at the door of the room that Nathan is in. "How is my son today? How is Levi doing?"

Doctor Zhang smiles back to Lucinda. "He's gotten so much better," he tells her. "The fact of the matter is, he hasn't heard those voices in weeks now. I'm not sure what he was hearing, but there are absolutely no signs that Levi is hearing them now."

"Thank God," Lucinda breathes a sigh of relief. "The fact that he was saying he killed his father; what are your thoughts about that? Do you think my son killed Mortimer?"

"In my opinion, I don't believe he killed Mortimer," Doctor Zhang explains to her. "I believe that the voices were telling him that he killed Mortimer; he heard the same message so many times, that he started to believe it to be true, but I don't believe that it was true."

"Is there anyway we can know for sure?"

The doctor shrugs his shoulders back to her. "The only person or persons that would know for sure are Mortimer and Levi, since they were the only two people in the room when Mortimer passed away. If your son claims that he didn't do it, you either have to believe him or not."

"I understand," Lucinda nods back to him. "Thank you for everything doctor. May I see him now?"

"Of course," the doctor tells her quickly.

Lucinda takes a deep breath and opens the door to Nathan's room. She sees her son sitting on his bed and she moves up to him and sits next to him.

"Levi, it's been too long since I came to visit you," she tells him. "You're looking well, so much better than the last time I came."

Nathan looks back at his mother and feels his eyes swell with water. "Why…why haven't you come to see me, mother? Is it that you don't love me anymore?"

"That's nonsense and you know it," Lucinda replies to him quickly. "Things have been hectic at home, and I wanted you to get better, which your doctor said you are."

"I feel much better," Nathan agrees with her. "Does that mean that I can get out of here? Does it mean that I can go home?"

"I have your power of attorney," Lucinda reveals to her son. "So yes, I can make that happen, on one condition, Levi."

"Name it," Nathan tells her. "I will do anything to get out of here."

"You have to end the feud with Mac, and I mean that," Lucinda sternly tells him. "You and your brother, you finally need to work together, not against one another. If you can agree to that, you can leave the hospital, today."

"You're here early," Stacey Rockwell says as she opens the door to the main office at Rockwell Mining and sees Lex sitting behind the desk typing into his laptop. As Stacey moves into the office and sits her bag down on the sofa, she assumes that her younger brother is working on the Pink Roses launch. "Busy day with the launch?"

"You would assume correctly," he chuckles to her. "We are getting so close to the launch, and I just want everything to go off without a hitch."

"I know you do," she replies to him quickly. "That's what we all want."

"You seem to have a glow about you this morning," Lex notes back to her as he studies his sister's face. "What's going on?"

Stacey feels her cheeks flush to at her brother's comment as she recalls how she and Houston made love before she got to the office. "It's…it's Houston," she reveals to him. "We…I think we are back together."

"Really?" Lex asks her in surprise as he stands up from behind the desk. "That surprises me, considering."

Stacey arches her eyebrow back to him. "Considering? What do you mean, considering what? Is there something that I don't know about?"

"Houston, he hasn't changed Stacey," Lex informs her. "He's still the same manipulating guy he always has been, and I know that for a fact."

Stacey shakes her head in confusion. "What are you talking about, Lex? What did Houston do this time?"

"He and Kent, they were working with Dyhannah to take down Rockwell Mining and the Pink Roses launch," Lex reveals to her. "He knew that Dyhannah was feeding Blackmore Ltd. information about our launch so they could try to poach the collaboration and get Roboto to join forces with them."

Stacey feels the blood drain from her face at the revelation. "Are you sure about that?"

"I know because I was there and overheard Houston and Kent talking about it," Lex tells her. "So, yea, I am one hundred percent positive that he is still a lying son of a bitch."

Casper Ross looks over his shoulder as he moves towards the small lake that is on the edge of the property that the Rockwell estate is on. Near the dock, there is a boat room, which holds three large boats that the family owns. Because it is the off-season, no one is using the boat house right now, and even the boat maintenance crew are off for the season.

Casper doesn't see anyone following him, so he quickly moves towards the boat house. He pauses before he opens the door and moves inside.

"Hey, it's me," he whispers. "It's Casper. Are you here?"

He moves around the boat house, which has some open water where the boats are rocking back and forth. He hears a creaking noise behind him, so he turns around and jumps when he sees a figure standing there.

"Jesus," Casper breathes a sigh of relief. "You scared me half to death. I'm glad that you got here okay. Will you be able to stay here until our plan works?"

The figure moves into the light, revealing the face of Grant Shaw! "Yes, this will be perfect. Lexington will not know what hit him when we are done."

Dyhannah steps off the elevator at Blackmore Ltd. and moves towards the main office. She is there to meet Kent and Cassie to discuss the next phase of their plan to take down the Rockwell's and Rockwell Mining because she knows that they must make the launch of the Pink Roses fail.

She opens the door to the office and sees Cassie and Kent sitting side by side on the sofa chuckling with each other. She arches her eyebrow at the sight as she wonders if something is going between the two of them.

"Well, hello, I'm glad you're both here," Dyhannah announces to them as she moves up to the sofa. "We need to discuss what our next steps our to ensure that the Pink Roses launch is a complete disaster."

"That's why I stopped by, actually," Cassie replies to her as Dyhannah sits across from her and Kent in an armchair. "Kent and I were talking about that."

"We wondered if you had any ideas on how we can ensure the launch fails?" Kent looks over at his conspirer.

"The first step, without question, is that we need to have a mole at Rockwell Mining," Dyhannah tells them. "Cassie, I think that needs to be you. Mac has no idea that you and I have a connection, so you are the perfect person to infuse yourself into the Rockwell world and give us all the information that we need to ruin the launch."

"I can definitely do that," Cassie purses her lips together. "And I think I will head back to my hotel, change, and then run to meet MacKenzie. The sooner we start this, the better."

***

A short time later, Quinn opens the door to Kent's office at Blackmore Ltd. and sees him working at his large desk. She moves closer to his desk as she sets her purse down on the sofa.

"Good morning, Kent," she says as she reaches the desk. "I…I hope you've heard the latest about the lawsuit?"

Kent looks up at his former lover with a grin on his face. He can't help but be relieved that the lawsuit was dropped. "My lawyer called me this morning," he reveals to her. "So, thank you for dropping the sexual harassment suit, I really appreciate it."

"I know that I told you I felt like I had no choice in the lawsuit and that is because Dyhannah made it perfectly clear that this was a way for me to make amends for Deacon's passing," she explains to him. "I still feel so responsible for his death. And now, it seems like she will get what she wants as well, with you helping her."

"Everyone wins in the end."

"I suppose that is true," she chuckles back to him. "I hope you know that I did enjoy our time together, Kent. It was exactly what I needed at the time."

Kent stands up and moves closer to her. "Is that right? Because, I also enjoyed it, Quinn. You're a beautiful woman."

She kisses him on the lips. When they part, she rests her head on his shoulders and feels his muscular arms around her. "I…I needed to feel you around me today."

"Is something going on?" he asks her as they look into each other's eyes.

"I…I can't explain it," she admits to him. "But the last few days, I've just felt like someone has been watching me."

Kent arches his eyebrow back to her. "Have you seen anyone tailing you?"

"No," Quinn shakes her head to him. "It's just an unsettling feeling, that's all. I'm sure it's nothing, nothing at all."

***

Stacey storms into the country club feeling her blood boil. She can't believe that Lex just informed that Houston knew about Dyhannah's plan to give Kent and Blackmore Ltd. insider information on the Pink Roses campaign and that he didn't tell her. She feels even more foolish, now, because she and Houston just reunited and made love. She never would have had sex with him had she known his betrayal.

She freezes when she sees Houston sitting at the bar with a Bloody Mary in front of him. She storms up to him. "How could you?" she asks him in a shrieked voice.

Houston turns to her in surprise, confused by her tone. "How could I what? What's going on, Stacey?"

"Lex told me everything," Stacey hisses back to him. "How you knew that Dyhannah was giving your father and Blackmore Ltd. insider information on the Pink Roses project! How could you let that happen? How could you not say anything to me?"

Houston gulps back to her. "I…I told my father it was wrong," Houston explains to her. "I told him that we shouldn't be doing that."

"But you didn't do anything about it, did you Houston? No, of course not, because you still wanted Blackmore Ltd. to come out on top!"

"Stacey, please, I knew that this was wrong…but my hands were tied! I couldn't stop my Dad and Dyhannah."

"Like hell you couldn't have," Stacey glares at him. "You could have told me, or anyone in my family what was happening so we could have stopped them soon! You know what Houston? The very sight of you makes me sick right now."

Before Houston can say anything else, Stacey storms off, leaving him alone at the bar. He sighs heavily wondering if he and Stacey are over before they even began, again.

"I wouldn't mind if we started every day that way," Celeste chuckles to Cole, who has stepped out of the washroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. After they made love, Cole jumped in the shower as he has a busy day planned at Rockwell Mining.

Cole leans into the bed and kisses her on the lips. "I think we could arrange that," he winks back to her. "I need to get going though. We are swamped at the office right now as we get closer to the launch of the Pink Roses."

He moves over to his dresser and grabs his phone, seeing a new message from Madi. He reads it and feels his heart skip a beat. "Actually, it looks like I'll be making a pit stop on the way to the office."

"Why? What's happened?" Celeste asks him as she pulls a silk robe over her naked body.

"It's Rocky," Cole looks over at her uneasily. "It seems Madi is having a difficult time calming him down this morning. I will stop by and make sure he's okay."

Celeste uneasily gulps back to him, wondering if Madi is using her son as a way to spend time with her boyfriend. She knows, however, that she can't say anything to Cole because she doesn't want to rock the boat.

***

About thirty minutes later, Cole is ringing the doorbell at the Blackmore mansion and within a few minutes, Madi opens the door holding Rocky in her hands, who is still whimpering away.

"Hey, sounds like he's having a rough morning?" Cole asks as he moves into the foyer of the house. "Can I have him?"

"Sure," Madi nods back to him as she passes Rocky over to Cole. "I…I don't know what's wrong with him. I've tried everything; feeding him, changing him, rocking him, nothing seems to be working. And my Mom, she's so good with kids, she's in Russia with Chase."

"Hey buddy," Cole starts to cuddle his son as he bounces him in his arms. "What's wrong with you today, huh? You're in a grumpy mood?"

Madi chuckles as she sees Cole and Rocky embrace. The sight warms her to her very core as she has always wanted Cole and Rocky to be in one another's lives. Surprisingly, Rocky, soon, starts to calm down as Cole rocks back and forth with him.

"You're so good with him," Madi smiles to her former lover. "And look at that, he's falling asleep in your arms, Cole."

Cole looks at Rocky, whose eyes are getting heavier and heavier before he looks back at Madi with a grin on his face. "I guess he just wanted his Daddy."

"It looks that way," Madi purses her lips together. "It really looks that way."

Nathan continues to look back at Lucinda as they sit next to one another on the bed in his hospital room. She has just told him that she can get him released from the hospital if he agrees to stop feuding with Mac. The truth of the matter is, Nathan doesn't even have beef with Mac right now, so he can do what his mother is asking of him. The person he does want to get back at is Lydia, since she admitted to him that she set him up to hear the voices that told him that he killed Mortimer, which he knows he didn't.

"I…I can do that Mom," he finally responds to her. "I can end the feud with MacKenzie, besides we have always had the same goal anyways, and that is to make Rockwell Mining the best company it could be."

Lucinda smiles back to him as she grabs his hand and squeezes it. "I'm so happy to hear that," she replies to him. "That being said, because you have agreed to end the fighting, I will talk to your doctor and get you out of here, today. It's time Levi, it's time that you come home."

Nathan moves up to Lucinda and hugs her tightly. "Thank you, mother," he whispers. "I want to leave here; I'm ready to come home, more than you'll ever know."

***

Mac sits at a table in the country club with a chicken Caesar salad in front of him and a glass of white wine, as he is having a lunch. He has his IPad open, so he can continue to work on the Pink Roses launch while he has a quick bite.

He happens to look up and notices a tall, blonde woman in a short, tight red dress and long blonde hair standing at the bar. His mouth opens as he can't help but be very attracted to the woman. He doesn't recognize her, either, which surprises him because Kelsey Lake isn't that big of a town.

Mac finds himself standing up and moving up to the woman. "Hello there," Mac says as Cassie is about to take a sip of her champagne cocktail. "I am Mac Rockwell, and I couldn't help but notice that you're here all alone. I know that this is bold but would you care to join me?"

"Mac Rockwell," Cassie smiles back to him, knowing that he was already here having lunch. "I'm Cassie Nova, it's a pleasure to meet you. It's not every day that a handsome man asks me to lunch," she chuckles to him.

"Is that a yes?" Mac asks her next.

"Absolutely," Cassie stands up from the bar stool. "I'd love to have lunch with you, Mac."

***

Back at the boathouse, that is on the Rockwell estate, Grant looks at Casper with a grin on his face.

"Everything is still going according to our plan?" Grant asks Casper, hoping that everything they've worked towards will pan out.

"Yes," Casper replies to him quickly. "It's like I told you on the phone, I am close to taking the next step with Lex. Once that happens, we will be one step closer to getting some of the Rockwell fortune."

"Good," Grant says back to him. "After everything that Lex has put us through, both of us, and Cole, it is time that we can some sort of compensation from the family."

"You just have to trust me, Grant," Casper comes up to him and puts his hands on Grant's muscular shoulders. "And please, don't call me, okay? I can't afford to have Lex hear us communicate."

"I will do my best as long as you can continue to give me updates," Grant tells him. "And I need you to remember one thing, Casper."

"What's that?"

"That you and I, we are married," Grant says as he holds up his left hand and shows him his wedding band. So even though you're sleeping with Lex, your heart belongs to me, and it always will."

***

Lydia moves to the bar in the living room of the Rockwell mansion and pours herself a brandy, as she is waiting for Mac. They were going to go over some plans for the Pink Roses launch, once he got back from his lunch at the club. The original plan was for Lydia to join him at lunch, but she wasn't hungry and decided to skip the meal.

"I need to touch base with Cole," she whispers to herself. "I need to find out if he has heard back about using the Barracuda Blue as the venue. We don't have much time to find another venue if Maui is out of the question."

She grabs her phone and starts writing a note about getting an update from Cole, so she doesn't forget. She takes another sip of her brandy when she hears the front door open; she is glad because it means that Mac is back.

"I'm glad you're here," she starts saying. "We need to talk to Cole about…" but she stops mid-sentence when she sees Nathan standing in the living room. "Nathan…you're…home?"

"Hello Lydia," Nathan glares back at his wife, knowing that she is the reason he spent so many months in the hospital. "It's been a while, how are you my dear wife?"

***

Quinn opens the front door of the Blackmore Ltd. building and rushes outside. She just left Kent's office and is heading back to the Rockwell mansion so she can have a FaceTime call with Sabine, who is still in New York. She just hopes that her mother is dealing with her scar and any insecurities that she had.

While Quinn walks towards her car, the figure that has been following her, watches her from behind a large cement beam. The figure watches Quinn get into her car and speeds away.

The figure, then, emerges from behind the beam, revealing the face of Marat Kafelinkov!

"I want my son," he whispers to himself. "And I won't stop until I get him."
